Rijal Bi Ummah

Vision

Rijal Bi Ummah aims to provide community programs and educational associations with a mobile-first mentorship tracking workspace. It is designed to replace outdated manual monitoring with gamified progress sheets, streak records, and direct mentor feedback channels.

The Problem

Mentoring programs and personal development systems often struggle to track daily progress and student engagement. Relying on paper checklists or general messaging channels leads to disconnected relationships, lost progress logs, and low participant accountability.

Planned Architecture

• Mobile Client: A cross-platform Flutter application built with Dart, using Riverpod for clean state management and responsive RTL/LTR formatting.
• Backend: A scalable server handling secure REST APIs and push notification dispatches.
• Database & Authentication: Firebase Firestore for low-latency progress sync, Auth for secure registration, and Cloud Messaging for instant alerts.

Expected Features

• Personal Goals Tracker: A daily habit checklist with streaks, progress metrics, and achievements.
• Mentorship Hub: A direct communication and review interface where mentors can view progress charts and leave voice or text feedback.
• Media Library: Offline-compatible resource folder for reading guidelines, courses, and PDFs.

Current Development Stage

Rijal Bi Ummah is currently in the MVP Development phase. The mobile interface wireframes are complete, and we are beginning backend connection and Riverpod store layout.
